Trauma, heartbreak, health struggles, or the pressure to keep it all together, they all seem to be these unspoken rights of passage we’re expected to silently pack away and just deal with. On the outside, you may look fine, but inside you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or like you’ve lost touch with who you are. Maybe you’ve tried therapy before or leaned on others, but it still feels like you’re surviving instead of living. My clients often say they’re tired of pretending they’re okay and long for a space to be real, to finally feel heard, and to start finding their way back to themselves with clarity, strength, and self-compassion.

Remote and walk and talk options available
All 50 minute sessions can be experienced online or in- person. We now also offer walk and talk therapy in the tri-cities of Kitchener/ Cambridge/ Waterloo.
Prior to all walk and talk sessions, I ask that you book an initial online session to ensure we are a good fit and that we can find a trail that suits you best.
